Entry terminal - Jupiter Lane Entry Station (LES)

Access to the parking lot will be ensured by the entrance terminal, which will display icons and information regarding the equipment access and use methods.

LES is a flexible unit which fully controls the entry lane by issuing tickets with barcodes and/or by verifying the card or labels.

The terminal has:

  • A user friendly interface which will guide the user by means of the colour display, so the texts displayed and the images are clear in any light conditions;
  • Display: minimum 7" TFT;
  • Internal automatic heating and ventilation system with adjustable thermostat and filters for catching dust;
  • Printing labels with magnetic band and bar code;
  • Maximum energy consumption of 370W with included heater (220-240 VAC, 50-60Hz);
  • Allows connections with the LPR vehicle plates recognition system;
  • VOIP interphony devices connected to the server and integrated at software level with the parking management system (JMS);
  • Optionally, it can have a LongRange reader and a Bluetooth reader.

Exit terminal - Jupiter Lane Exit Station (LXS)

Access to the parking exit will be ensured by the exit terminal, which will display icons and information regarding the equipment access and use methods.

LXS  is a flexible unit which controls the exit lane by reading tickets with barcodes and/or verifying the labels or QR codes.

The terminal has:

  • High resolution colour display, minimum 7", which presents animated icons and texts according to the operation to be performed;
  • Internal automatic heating and ventilation system with adjustable thermostat and filters for catching dust;
  • Allows connections with the LPR vehicle plates recognition system;
  • Maximum energy consumption of 370W with included heater (220-240 VAC, 50-60Hz);
  • VOIP interphony devices connected to the server and integrated at software level with the parking management system (JMS);
  • Optionally, it can have a LongRange reader for subscribers' access with passive tags, without the need to present the card to the terminal.

Vending machines

The payment of the equivalent value for the stationed time will be made by the user, before leaving the parking, by using the parking machine.

There are two types HUB Jupiter of payment machines

UB Jupiter APC payment machine  is a cashless version of APS, a user friendly station and easy to use, which accepts payment with credit card or by mobile app UPPARK Parking App

HUB Jupiter APS payment machine  is able to manage multiple combinations of electronic payments, coins, banknotes, vouchers and payment by means of the app UPPARK Parking App

General features:

  • Robust construction, anti-vandalism protection, resistant to corrosive factors;
  • It has an automatic internal heating and ventilation system with adjustable thermostat and filters for catching dust;
  • Colour display with TFT touchscreen between 14" and 16" FullHD, with high resolution of 1920×1080 and luminosity of 1200/cd/m2;
  • It has a led indicator for each of the equipment that can be used by the user;
  • It allows the printing of a ticket in case of losing/deteriorating the initial ticket;
  • Provided with VOIP interphony devices connected to the server and integrated at software level with the parking management system;
  • Card reader, contactless, pin&chip (in the case of APC machine);
  • It has a national and international coins and banknote validator, card reader, contactless, pin&chip (in the case of APS machine);
  • The integration of the UPPARK Parking App mobile app - payment of the parking fee by bank card or SMS.

Manual machine for payment of parking fee & Smart reader (FCJ)

FCJ is a manual cashier which handles the validation of tickets, the printing of receipts and lost tickets. Due to its touchscreen, the cashier can work in a more fast, simple and comfortable manner.

General features:

  • TFT 15.6" Colour display. Touchscreen 1920 x 1080
  • Thermal printer for printing parking receipts/tickets;
  • Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Connection;
  • Scanner for reading the bar code;
  • Recyclable plastic enclosure.

Management system - Janus Management System (JMS)

This software solution will allow you to manage several parking lots and various types of HUB equipment by means of the same easy and extremely intuitive interface.

JMS is reliable, flexible and perfectly adaptable, from the simplest apps to the most complex projects with increased traffic levels.

JMS can be operated locally (by means of a central unit) or remote (online).

The management system issues reports and statistics, as such:

  • partial and total accounting balances for payments made at automatic cash registers, for payments made by means of the payment app with bank card, as well as total amounts for both payment methods;
  • statistics and graphics regarding payments/collections per time intervals, hour, day, period, etc. for each type of payment, as well as for all payments at once;
  • statistics and graphics according to the occupancy degree per day/ per hours/ per week;
  • statistics and graphics according to the number of entries, hours parked, amounts paid, type of payments.

The JSM parking management system allows the integration of the mobile app UPPARK Parking AppUPPARK is the mobile app for the identification of vacant parking spots, which allows the payment of the parking fee by bank card, or where applicable, by SMS. Part of the ecosystem for the on and off-street parking management developed by the fastPark company, UPPARK mobile app benefits from real time data collection by interfacing with various systems, apps and sensors. UPPARK Parking App can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play and App Store.
